D.I. KHAN:  KP MPA Khalifa Abdul Qayum has said despite of the difficult situations and a lot of hardships the problems of Dera Isamil Khan have been raised on the floor of the assembly and within the last four and a half years scores of uplift works have been completed in the district.
He was addressing a Public gathering here on Friday in local hotel.
"Welfare of the people of Dera is our top priority and we have proved it practically" Khalifa claimed adding that with his struggles dozens of schools were upgraded in the area and merit based projects were completed.
He said all his energies were devoted for the people and he was ready to work for the people even if his services were needed at any time of the day and night. "I visited District Headquarter Hospital Dera Ismail Khan to check whether the patients are facilitated" he said.
Later on the participants of the gathering unanimously decided to prepare a charter of demands that would be presented in the upcoming session of the KP assembly by Khalifa Abdul Qayum. They said the charter of demands would contain those problems of the Dera People who were remained unaddressed during the past four and a half years.
Muhammad Ramazan Semab, Muhammad Fazal, Hamid Pirzada, Attaullah Ganda Pur, Haji Abdu Rauf, Muhammad Hanif Pepa, Chuadry Jamil , Aqil Ahmad Chakaryal, Abid Khattak, Raza-u-llah Zafari and others social activists were present in the program.
